The growth of National Height Safety and Access Solutions over the past 14 years has seen us go from offering small-scale rope access & window cleaning services, to becoming a national leader in rope access and height safety solutions.

Richard started his career in the rope access and window cleaning industries in 2000, and established Window Cleaning Professionals in 2001, and Sydney Height Safety Solutions in 2005.
In March 2009 Sydney Height Safety Solutions changed its name to National Height Safety & Access Solutions as part of a strategy to create greater awareness, presence and services throughout Australia that now provides National Services to Westfield (Scentre Group), Lend Lease and the Goodman Group.
Richard was appointed Chairman of ARAA (Australian Rope Access Association in 2012 and oversaw the Associations growth and development Internationally, including the historic event in November 2014 of a joint alliance with Singaporean, Indonesian, Taiwanese, Korean and Hong Kong rope access associations.
Richard is active within the Working at Heights Association (WAHA) as a key stakeholder within the Installers category and remains committed to improving the safety of all those involved within the Working at Heights and Rope Access industries.
Tyrone Stewart is the driving force behind the innovational & operational success of the Group from its initial foundations.
He has been involved with the Construction industry for 25 years, and overseas the Groups Design Architectural drafting, Construction and Installations teams.
Tyrone is qualified as a Level 3 ARAA Rope Technician, Advanced Rigger, Confined Space, Elevated Work Platforms and all levels of Safe Work at Heights competency based requirements.
Adam Wakerley has been involved within the Height Safety industry for the past 10 years. He previously worked for many years with Beaver B Safe a manufacture of all aspects of fall prevention equipment.
Adam is a qualified as a Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessor, Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety and heads the National Contracts for Height Safety Inspections with Lend Lease, Goodman and Westfield.
Brett Eather Leads all rope access activities within the Groups Operations and has been involved with Rope & Difficult Access for the past 14 years.
Brett is qualified as Level 3 ARAA Rope Technician, Advanced Rigger, Confined Space, Elevated Work Platforms and holds a Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety ensuring safety standards and procedures are maintained.
Ken Pedelty has been involved with the Construction industry for the past 10 years and has helped build our Construction and Installation division to be recognised as one of the leading quality suppliers to the Height Safety industry covering access systems and fall prevention controls.
His knowledge and experience has enabled our unique construction cast in anchoring system to be industry leading and recognized as the safest and efficient method of providing workplace safety in Australia.
Ken is qualified as Cert IV Building residential and Cert 111 in Carpentry/ formwork and joinery and holds a Supervisors
Nick Gillum leads the teams in compliance and auditing for all aspects of working at heights. He has been involved with the industry for the past 13 years and holds a Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety and Internal Auditor qualification.
His knowledge of Legislative requirements, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards and the ability to document within detailed risk management reports is the foundation of strong client relationships.
Based in Melbourne, Rod comes from an engineering and manufacturing background, and his been involved with the Building Services, Construction and Height Safety Industries for the past 10 years.
Active with the leading fall prevention and safety manufactures, Rod is renowned for innovation, and practical solutions.
These skills were the foundation of a new product development a full secure and unique method of an anchor point lock out system.
