Problem

The remove of facade and electrical parts damaged by Cockatoos. The metal corrosion of signage brackets were also inspected, as NHSS have an Australasian Corrosion Accociation Corporate Bronze Membership.

Solution

Design of customised netting for the safe removal of debris. Access team to remove any damaged materials from side of building. With consideration of high traffic areas and obtrusive signage. Our team pulled over 50kg of debris off the building on the first day. Electrical systems need to be repaired as well as block work and grouting, signage and guttering.

Skills needed for the task

Rope Access level 3 & 2 for descending & ascending, lowering & hauling.
